We are located at 1321 Kingsway and Clark Drive.By Bus: Take the #19 bus up Kingsway and get off at Knight Street. Walk one block west (toward downtown) toward Clark Drive.
By Skytrain and Bus: Take the Skytrain to VCC Station. Then catch the #22 bus on Clark Street, direction Knight Street. Get off at Kingsway and walk one block west (toward downtown).
By Car: Drive to 1321 Kingsway. There is parking on Kingsway as well as on Clark Drive.

1. Add your Repair Services to the shopping cart and checkout with Paypal.
2. Carefully package the following in a small box or padded envelope:
Do NOT send your SIM card, memory card, or any other accessory.* A printout of your Paypal Receipt.
* A completed printout of our Service Form (one per phone to be repaired). Click here to download.
* Your cell phone and battery only (FULLY CHARGED, unless charging or liquid damage is the issue).
Exception: For charging port repairs other than Blackberry and iPhone, please also include the charger.
3. Ship securely with delivery confirmation or tracking number to:
